Windows 10 mail will not sync. Error code 0x800706be

Updated to Windows 10 from Windows 8,1 on a Dell computer. Have been getting error code of 0x800706be on for Windows Mail, People, and Calendar. All worked fine with Windows 8.1. This is the only issue with Windows 10.

Got the same problem, but from windows 10 to windows 10 latest release on entreprise version (10586.71).

Last time I couldn't sync my email I went to my account settings and changed it to a local account, rebooted, then connected it back to my Live ID. Some people have had success uninstalling these apps and re-downloading from the store but I had no luck with that. If you want to try that first just search the internet for the power shell command to uninstall, the same command uninstalls all these apps and a single download from the store brings them back.
