If coming from 7/8, try this Update for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 allows you to switch to Windows 10 with ease | Windows Central
There are more numbers after the C19.... that may also have more info. Bing is your friend at finding solutions others had work.

I am getting the same thing:
'Upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586'
installation status: failed

however it does NOT give me any error codes, and I am already running windows 10, not trying to upgrade, the laptop I am running came with 10 installed. I have encountered a lot of issues with this update across different forums, no one seems to have an answer. The update just hangs at 32%.

and now that I have inserted my screen capture of the windows update process (.png file) into my above reply, edge blacks out every time I scroll across it... this is turning into one frustrating day on my computer.:angry:
