Why is Mail app on PC is called just Mail and on mobile it's Outlook, I know there's no differences except for the tile icon ( which I don't like on mobile)

Microsoft has always had questionable naming schemes, but I think the reason the PC version is called Mail is to not confuse it with the Outlook program in Office. I agree they should be the same, even if that means re-naming the mobile version to just plain old "Mail" -- but that would conflict with the iOS and Android mobile versions which are called Outlook.
