Why don't I receive Windows 10 November Update?

I'm using Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Series, and I haven't received any updates since November 10. Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213) is the latest update I got. I checked my Update & Security in setting, it always said "Your device is up to date." But my laptop doesn't have any features of the November Update.

Same thing here, I haven't got it on my laptop since I learned about it on 11/13. Always says up to date when I click check for updates.
