I am downloading Windows 10 build 10586.29 on my Lumia 640XL but it is stuck at 30, what can I do?

I am downloading windows 10 build 10586.29 on my lumia 640xl.but it stucked at 30% .

I did soft reset many times but in vain . when i turn my wifi off, it remains stuck without giving any error message. its been two days.

Gabe Aul had mentioned that in certain cases the update may get corrupted due to network issues and the only way to get back on it is to start fresh again. Meaning >> Revert back to stock 8.1 using Windows Device Recovery Tool >> Upgrade to WM10 using Windows Insider
