Windows 10 won't allow my app to install

I have an app that worked fine in Windows 7, but will not install on Windows 10. It installed fine on my friend's Windows 10 machine. It just seems to hang on install. I do have admin rights to my computer too, so it shouldn't be that.

First try when you run the install to right click on the install executable and run as administrator. Did you do an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10? If so the program shouldn't need to be reinstalled.
