Why can't I get my Go Daddy account emails on Outlook or Windows 10 mail?

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 10. I have tried linking my Go Daddy email account for work to both Outlook and Mail and neither are working correctly. Yesterday I only received one of about 20 emails. I am completely frustrated!!! If I can't get this resolved soon I am going to have to find another email service because I have to have access to my work emails. Any help is appreciated!
