Windows 10 update
My mothers computer did some kind of update (I was not there to see it) but now it appears like her desktop icons (the ones we added) and bookmarks in explorer and Firefox are all gone. Does anyone know why this might have happened? Luckily she doesn't use the computer except to check her bank statements and play games, so nothing was really lost, its just frustrating to her.
