Why to set the speaker or headphone as default settings to work after the windows 10 November update

After the windows 10 November update I am facing problem with audio device. I need to set default to switch between speaker and headphone. It means if the speaker is set as default then headphone will not work unless the headphone is set to default and vice versa.
