My lumia 620 build 10586.36 camera app give error code: OXAOOF4246(OXE8010014), and skype Video is saying no camera preview... Plz help

Been there, done that.
The only way out was a full reset, then update the O/S. Only after all those are done, update your apps. Just make sure the "Store" app is updated FIRST, then update the rest.
