Does Windows 10 Mobile change the number of Windows Phones allowed on an account? Before with 8.x, it was 5 Phones per account, but one time with MS Support, they told me it's now ten, BUT that now includes Tablets/PCs in the count.. So is it still 5 phones only, or just up to 10 devices per MS Account? I just have my old extra WP's for just offline maps/Here Maps.

You get 10 total devices on the account. Doesn't matter if it is 10 PCs, 10 tablets, or 10 phones. The limit is 10 of any one type of device or a limit of 10 of any combination of devices.

I figure you can have a 2 PCs, Surface Book, Surface Pro, Mini Tablet, 2 phones, HoloLens, Surface Hub, and still have room for one more device, perhaps a Raspberry Pi?

Perhaps someone else can clear up something else. Does a Microsoft Band count as a device? I really don't know.
