Saving Homescreen Tile Layout

Hi ,

Im still new to windows phone . I was wondering if we can somehow save the tile layout . I like the tile homescreen andI want to fiddle aorund with different layout to see which suits me best . As I have "more tiles"option on . Its not easy changing once you realize the previous layout worked better .
