Dell data protection on Windows 10?

Laptop E6530 with non-used Dell Data Protection. Upgraded to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7 Pro. File Explorer, generally, does not work. Machine is constantly at 14% CPU with TDMService.exe always running. Will be using BitLocker. How do I uninstall Dell Data Protection?
