After updating Lumia 730 to windows 10 build 10586 on slow ring I'm unable to install android apps. Someone come up with a solution please.

There is no solution.

Android stuff has been removed a while back for reasons. Maybe it wasn't panning out right, it did cause long-term performance issues.

Think it was more security issues?

It's possible, but it's most likely technical and legal issues. The Android bridge was less of a bridge and more of an emulator, so Windows 10 Mobile was essentially running pure Android applications, rather than Android applications that were ported over to become Windows 10 Mobile applications. That could've caused some legal issues with Google, and issues that Microsoft does not need right now (especially since it looks like Microsoft and Google are starting to play nice with each other).

People were downloading Android apps from wherever they found them on the internet, sharing thing and loading them onto Windows Phones with the expectations they'd work perfectly.

Basically, piracy was rife and this was the reason why Windows Central clamped down on supporting people who couldn't use the tool.

The tool was actually intended for Android developers to port their own apps and test but irresponsible use by those who used the leaked version wrecked the entire project for everyone else.

Yeah, the way the older builds slowed down over time was pretty annoying.
