Windows 10 cannot be installed because my monitor ( ATI Radion Xpress 1200 series ) is not compatibel with windows 10.
The manifactor has no driver for windows 10. What can I do?

Care to do a clean install?

I think I Was able to bypass a similar error on my mother desktop a few months back... what method are you using to upgrade?

That isn't your monitor it's your graphics card. That means that ATI/AMD isn't supporting Windows 10 currently. You'll have to see if they plan to in the future and if not you need to keep old OS. If you really want Windows 10 you probably have to get a new PC if it is a laptop. If it's a desktop you can get a new graphics card.

I had problem with my HP laptop.
This is what I did. I downloaded ISO and was able to upgrade. After installations I downloaded Vista 64 bit video driver from HP web side.
Windows 10 was happy. .uck a new PC or hardware to buy.
HP Pavilion dv6000 was manufactured in 2007.

The 1200 series is from 2005 and hasn't been supported since vista
