black theme

is anyone having problems with this? I mean the registry "hack" systemuseslighttheme set to 0, I did a fresh install of build 10586 on my laptop and it isn't working no matter how many times I try, restarting, setting it to 1 or 0 it stays white, it is driving me mad I cant stand white backgrounds

I had the exact same build before, everything up to date so I don't see why it isn't working now, the colored windows are working though

windows 10 is definitely weird with themes and registry changes.

have you tried downloading the reg file here instead of doing it yourself?

you're gonna need to do some work there, my functionality is limited

oh I just checked my registry on another pc and it is actually "AppsUseLightTheme" set to 0 not "system" so I don't even know what happened there but all sites I found reporting this hack said "system" instead of "apps" anyway its working now
