Don't know what changed, but my phone just downloaded and installed it over a 15 minute period (5G WiFi).
A few programs are still updating, but browsing around nothing stands out. Though this upgrade went quick and without hiccup.

Lumia 640, fast ring. Running 10586.36.
No updates available!
Well it will come! I was just watching tv and my phone chirped at me to schedule install. I'm still snooping around to see what changed.
What's the size of the update?
The changelog says the update is for band and Cortana
Yeah I went to the installed app by date range and nothing new pops up. About 8 apps/features say updated with todays date.

AT&T Lumia 640XL, working so far. UI seems smoother but it could be placebo. Played a few games and they work fine. Glance and all that good stuff is working. There was an issue downloading the update at first. It downloaded but it would not install and caused message to scan for errors on my SD card. After I did the scan and it redownloaded, installed fine.
L535, updated, lets see if action center freeze issue has been fixed, it says 'Reliability of quick actions settings page'.
Well, now I got it. I reset the phone a few days ago and did not have Windows Insider after the reset. I installed it and went for Fast Ring. the .63 is now downloading :-)
Seems to be working well on my Lumia 640
I had to remove some apps to get it to install. Apparently I was out of space. Running smooth on my 640. Quicker than the previous build. And now Cortana and Band2 play much better together.
On Lumia 950 .63 with newest firmware.
Everything seems stable and a little more responsive, but only in OS itself, not in Apps, etc. and Phone make less heat.
When multi-tasking, getting shutters, hangs, and so on, specially when browsing Internet, it is strange, you should not have any performance problems, when you have 3GB of RAM and Hexa-Core processor, have no issues with Lumia 830 on W10M , even 630 on WP8.1.
Battery, on stand-by is very good, but browsing Internet, no matter, Edge, UC Browser, Baconit, YouTube, it literally sucks battery in seconds. From 100% to 60% battery in only not even full 2 hours, with Battery Saving on and Brightness 25%. and nothing else in background.
Is it possible that installing firmware first, and only then updating from .11 to .36 and now to .63 could caused any problems?
The "Saving..." issue for infinite time and long break of "adding finishing touches" after taking photo using Windows Camera still persists in my L640. Besides, the Camera is not taking Living Images many a time!
Same here 1520. It's almost like they want me to buy a new phone by mucking up an important app. Never had problems like this until 10.
Yeah. Camera IS an important app. Of course you can't but feel annoyed when you want to capture nice shots and get stuck at "Saving..." and you find no other way other than restarting the phone.
Even if the app manages to SAVE the photo successfully, after a long pause of "adding finishing touches", the final resulting photo is of very low resolution and noisy. I don't know when they're gonna fix it. I have already reported it in feedback app.
I really want to make my windows phone my work phone but I really need to be able to auto forward my text messages so I don't have to carry it all the time. When is Astoria coming back? I have the android app just need to be able to load it.
