How can I safely get the caps lock notification back on after going to Windows 10?

Since going to Windows 10 my caps lock notification does not appear. I found this feature very useful and would like it back

You mean an on-screen notification? It's possibly due to a driver change, or incompatible program...but you don't give much info?

I've had strange bugs with my wireless keyboard under Windows 10.
Rebooting the PC seems to alleviate problems.
