App Problems with weather and outlook after update to win10m

Hi,

my wife and I got a 930. With this phones we are new to win10m. For my wife everything is fine, but for me I have some problems.
Both phones run on 10.0.10586.36

For me the weather app do not work. Clicking on the icon gets me direct to the win store.

But the realy bad thing is, that outlook is not able to build linked inboxes. For my wife the page with the accounts has the dark background and has the possibility for linked inboxes, for me it is white and does not have this possibility.

Can somebody help?

What I have tried:
All updates are installed
Hard reset
Starting over with 8.1 and updating again

So what can I do?

The Problem has been based on the windows store problem and is solved by an update of the apps
