W10 Upgrade

My Mum reserved her W10 upgrade in June 2015 but still hasn't had any notification that the upgrade is ready. Is this normal? She is running W8.1 where does she look to see if the update us ready? Thanks

Did you run the tool to see if there were any problems with her machine? If her computer has drivers or devices that don't work with 10, the upgrade will not automatically happen until they are resolved.
