Google Maps can find my address, but Cortana says it's invalid?

Google Maps can find my address, but Cortana says it's "invalid"

Setting up a new computer, but Cortana says I'm invalid. I can get Google Maps to find my address, and the Maps app finds it too, but Cortana hates me and says it's invalid. I think she's premenstrual. Or just dumb. Possibly both.

Is Cortana allowed to access your location data and gps service? Check under settings > privacy > location
