The "Getting update" stage depends on your Internet Connection Speed; the faster the connection speed, the faster it will take. It is advisable not to touch, restart, turn off or hit your PC/laptop while it is doing the update process.

As a baseline, in a 3.0Mbps connection, the entire update process may take around three hours.
