Start Menu not working and files missing
Hi guys, I really need your help. I might reset my computer eventually but I want to know how to fix these problems:
1. Start Menu and Search not working. When I click Start it tells me there's "a problem with my Start Menu" and "they" will try to fix it when I sign out. That does nothing.
2. Some stuff got deleted all of a sudden yesterday. Some stuff can't be opened by WPS Office but I checked and it is installed. Dropbox in Windows Explorer is re-named "dropbox-personal" but I can still access Dropbox from the taskbar. Right clicking notepad on the taskbar to see history doesn't show anything.
I've tried uninstalling Norton 360, rebooting in Safe Mode. I also can't create a new account because stupid Windows 10 removed my account in Settings yet when I'm at the Log In Screen, it shows my Microsoft account's email address and name.
