Why can't my user account log in?

why is my user account can't log in?

my dad gives me his laptop. its windows 10. he have user acc there (administrator) and then i make a new user and the new user is administrator so my father's acc is a standart account. and then i cannot open my new user. and now i cant download anything bcs i have to have a permission from the administrator and when i entered the password, the windows cant load the data, so yeah..

Reinstall Windows 10 and start from scratch with your Microsoft Account as Admin.
