No China Map for Offline Download?

I used to be able to download regions of China to be used offline when I am travelling. But China is no longer available for download. Does anybody know why?

Just checked on my 930 on W10 (latest TP build) and my 925 on 8.1 On both devices China is "gone". I checked Maps and HERE+ . No idea what's going on.

My guess is it's something dealing with their government blocking access to anyone downloading their map. It's a strange world over there.

I hope that I can get it locally! I like to track my taxi drivers and it is nice to have something in my back pocket in case I get lost. I guess I will grab a trusty map just in case.
