How can I get Windows Spotlight to cycle?

Hello,
Windows Spotlight isn't working right on my W10 home PC. The image just never cycles. Currently I have a nice image of a light bulb, but it's supposed to cycle to new pictures. On my Surface 3, I actually see new images all the time.

I'm on build 10586.104 (version 1511). I just enrolled in the insider preview ring, but no updates from that yet.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Try turning the option to use Spotlight off, then turn it back on. I wish I could have spotlight be used for my desktop background.
