Rolling back from 10586.107

I am going to be rolling back to 8.1 then I am going to reinstall 10586.107 mainly because of my carrier settings such as sending photos to other people is not working they just are never received by other people.
I have tried re imputing the carrier setting but still no luck ,and I remember that when you do a hard reset then setup for the first time the carrier setting are imputed automatically.
Are there any issues with rolling back with this build.

Are you inputing carrier settings because you aren't getting any data? Are you able to browse web sites? I have a device encryption issue after rolling back to 8.1 and can no longer connect to my works exchange server. I was on .71. I'm hoping that its fixed in .107 as it was kind of listed in the change log. So you may be able to help discover more problems by rolling back.
