This update appears to just make my device (Lumia 950XL) spin and spin when trying to Sync.
I've reset my device without restoring from a backup.
Tried several different network connections.
I have access on my machine and through OWA to my o365 account and my Outlook.com account.
Is anyone else seeing this behavior? I just reset my device, so I'm not averse to doing it again. If no one else is having the issue, I may just cancel the update after another restore.
