How do I take my photos and video from my iphone5 and transfer them over to my table top computer which has windows 10 downloaded on it?

You can use Photos, which is a Windows built-in app, to import your photos and videos, connect with your USB cable and open Photos, click "Import" on the right upper corner, it will automatically select the items that are never transferred to your computer before.
