Edge history not syncing between desktop & mobile

Anyone else having history syncing issues (ie not syncing at all) with Edge between Mobile & Desktop?
I'm on .107, but to be honest syncing of history has never worked since I got my 950.
Though strangely favourites are syncing correctly!

I'll do a hard reset if needed, but wanted to make sure that it's not a known problem that MSFT haven't fixed yet...

I don't think it's even meant for mobile and desktop to sync history. The history is stored on your device. Favorites on the other hand are stored on the web (I think), and they are meant to be shared across the same MS account, since it makes sense.
