I've been running Windows 10 mobile on my Lumia 640 XL for about 3 months, and I've been using HERE Drive+ as my primary mapping app. I just did a master reset and was going to set my phone up from scratch. I'm finding that I cannot sign into my HERE account with the Facebook sign-in option.
When I try, it opens up a connection to Facebook and gives me the option to allow sharing between HERE and Facebook. When I tap the okay button, it goes to a white screen then says that I need to download an app to complete this task. Tapping Yes takes me to the Windows Store, which doesn't help at all. Tapping No cancels the sign-in operation. After this, any subsequent attempt to sign in using Facebook goes to a white Loading screen, then crashes back to the HERE sign-in page.
Has anyone still using HERE with Facebook sign-in run into this issue? I registered for a new HERE account using the same email address,but I've lost all my favorite locations because the accounts can't merge.
