I know that. But look at the screenshot. Looks like its not insider build. Moreover I'm on production build since .63. If its the Insider preview build, I don't want to update. So looking for someone to confirm.

Isn't an insider build, it's a production build, the same one I have on my 950.

I believe in your region there was an update available for certain devices allegedly built for WM10 .
My Alcatel was on .63 and received this build also outside of Insider builds.

I got that very same message before it updated.
