When I put my machine to sleep it wakes up almost immediately afterwards, I have turned off the wake for keyboard and mouse. Turned off wake on LAN and even unplugged the network cable. The only USB device plugged in is the mouse/keyboard - I did one test unplugging the keyboard/mouse after triggering sleep and it still woke. I keep getting these unknown wakes after about one minute (see below). I checked task scheduler and could not find any that have wake permission. I have also run a virus and maleware scan. Any help would be awesome.

ALSO happens from hibernation, not just sleep.

Here are a few from the event log:

The system has returned from a low power state.
