when in internet explorer new window opens in Edge.

I use my computer in a business. For one of our companies I have to use Internet explorer. When I go to the form I want it takes me to the edge browser for some reason and it not typeable. The other two computers in our office work just fine.

Appreciate the reply back . I do have Internet Explorer set as the default browser. Im wondering if there is a glitch in the computer letting this happen

Fred,

i believe you are using Windows 10 , which assigns Edge as the default browser.

Now you can Change IE to default as Edwin told or you can do it from IE itself

Open Internet Explorer , Look for the Setting icon or Press the "Alt" key,
Click the Tools button , and then click Internet options.
Click the Programs tab, and then click Make default.
Click OK, and then close Internet Explorer.

Hope this clears your doubt and resolves the issue for you.
