I want to use some feature in lumia 930 Can I install custom rom on lumia 735 I have Lumia 930 rom but cannot install I tried to use wpinternal but I don't know how to unlock

My friend Can do it On Lumia 520 He install lumia 640 ROM On it but he doesn't tell me about it He just tell me he use WPInternals

No you cant, differend hardware and drivers. These drivers are loaded in the firmware/rom and cant be used on any other phone.
Thats why you cant flash that rom.

735 is not supported in wpinternals 1.2
