3g only network mode in windows 10 mobile

I have read that w10m supports 3g only mode, so why cant i see that option in lumia 640 with the latest 10586.164 build under network settings?

Hi, so if you go to settings > network & wireless > mobile & sim
then click SIM settings
Under Mobile network there should be an option to change from 4G to 3G.
There is on my Lumia 930 running build .164.

All androids have a "3g only" mode that prevents the phone switching to edge in case of a weak signal. That's what i was talking about. On my phone there's just 3g and 2g. But i have seen screenshots of w10m with that setting.

Inside "highest connection speed" under sim settings. Just google 3g only mode windows 10 mobile, you will see

After a bit of searching, build 10136 appeared to support the 3G only setting.
However neither my Lumia 930 or 535 have this setting on the latest build (.164).
So perhaps it's been removed.
I'm not really sure of the benefit of it though, as if you move to an area with poor mobile data coverage then you will lose signal if you are set to 3G only.

My area has good reception, but l640 keeps switching to edge intermittently, dont know why. This doesn't happen on my other phones
