Why isn't my windows store app opening?

Hi! I'm using windows 10. When I'm using my user, the windows store app just doesnt open. The icon on the start menu is empty. It just says "store". When I click on it - nothing happens. When i search "store" and the icon pops up, I click it and once again nothing happens. Please help me. I want to download some apps.

are you connected to the internet? I know it's obvious but I had to ask

Google that and you will see some fixes like SFC \Scannow and DISM.
