fast answer from any screen problem

Hi everyone,
I have updated my lumia 535 to Windows 10 mobile and it's working almost all good so far. But when I become a new message and I want to use the new option to answer fast (no matter if I read in browser or use another app) when I slide down the message so my keyboard appears this doesn't happen and I have no idea how I can fix that. I would be thankful if anyone knows about this issue and knows a decision.

perform a hard reset as it is recommended after an upgrade.
