When will we see a Windows Payment Solution on Win 10 mobile ?

I have been waiting for a long time, there seems to be very little information out there on when a Windows 10 mobile will support a payment solution like ApplePay ... its already alluded to on the device as 'Tap to Pay' in the NFC configuration section ... but there are no apps and I am not able to add a card.

Please provide more information on this feature.

Unfortunately, your guess is as good as ours at this point. That's something that was mentioned a long time ago, but no further details have been provided by Microsoft so far.
