What is the latest windows insider fast ring build for Lumia 535? Is it 10586.107? I am on the windows insider fast ring and the OS build is 10586.107. Checking for updates shows 'your device is up to date'.

fast ring has been reserved for pre-installed windows 10 device i.e. lumia 950/xl , 650 , 550 . you need to change rings and switch to either release preview or slow ring and for each of them the latest build is 10586.164 :)

But I have been getting updates till build 10586.107 in the fast ring, are you sure this fast ring is now reserved for phones shipped with windows 10? Also to switch to slow or release preview ring only needs to select slow/release preview ring in the insider app from fast ring or I need to roll back to windows 8.1 using windows device recovery tool and again register for insider preview for slow or release preview ring?

Please read Official Release Blog and relax, that's all clear: Simply switch to Release or SLow, phone will reboot and download a little update configuration.
Phone will work a little, then it will reboot again, so check for updates manually and you'll find the BIG update ;)

yes i am definitely sure about that.

you only need to select slow/release preview and you will be switched- no need for rolling back to 8.1 :)

or you can switch to production build in order to get official updates as windows 10 is officially launched .:)
