Why is sound on Win 10 sometimes glitchy?

I even changed soundcard and it still happens

A little bit more info like build of Win 10, Sound Card type, Application causing glitch. there was issues but have gone away in later builds of 10.

I have M4A87TD EVO 4Gb of Ram dual channel i pair, AMD Phenom II X4, 500Gb hard disk Asus R7 1Gb ram VGA. Asus Xonar soundblaster. As i say before even on motherboard soundblaster it behave the same with VIA chipset. So i don't think it is a soundblaster. And it happens on all music players so its not the player. Something windows is doing in background, red light for hard drive is working and then it happens. Sound for second "glitches", "crash" and that is something that my computer didn't do on win 7 only on Win 10 Pro. I even deleted drivers for sound and install again and it still same problem from time to time!?
