When is Microsoft Going to Fix the Pop Up Problem with Edge

There are still so many problems with Pop Ups using Edge. The problem was fixed with iExplorer but users are still not given the ability to increases Pop Up stoppage using Edge, as needed. One size does not fix all.

is this close to being released? I tried edge again, and as soon as I came here, my surface just stopped...and I waited, then a pop up ad for some crap came up, then after finally getting the x on that one, the page is a slow laggy mess on edge. Back to IE11 and all is well. no ads, fast sites, etc.
