Alarms and Clock: Removed Alarms Still Ringing?

I had two recurring alarms set on my Windows 10 Mobile phone some time ago. My phone stopped responding recently, so I had to reboot it. When I did, I noticed that there were no alarms listed in the Alarms and Clocks app. I re-added the two recurring alarms ... but now the alarms are ringing twice, as if the removed alarms were still there!

How do I remove the old alarms if they don't show up on the alarms list? I can't delete any possibly-corrupted data because I can't uninstall the app. What are my next steps?

I'm not on a Fast Ring build, though. This is a standard Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL with .164 production build. It's not on the Insider builds. Cortana shows me the two new alarms when I use "List My Alarms", but not the two previous alarms.

Well, the next things to try would be a soft reset and failing that a hard reset.

I already tried a soft reset. By "hard reset", do you mean a factory wipe reset? Just to get rid of two alarms?
