Why am I unable to update my 735?

Unable to update

Okay. Lets start!!

I have gotLumia 735. Today i saw on the windows adviser app that theres an uodate available.

Check list:

Available space: more than 2 GB

Battery: Charging already.

Wifi: YES!! 4mbps

Anything else you need??? NO!!

BOOM!!

Been trying since last 6 hours and Fortunately m stuck to 8%.

WOW!!

Can we do something about it or ill have to come to Microsoft. See, m a big fan of Lumia but please do something userfriendly. You can do that right??!!

Experience says to try a soft reset (hol vol down + power 15 secs) then, after reboot, retry and leave phone plugged
