Outlook on Windows Mobile 10 Update Error 0x80070019

I'm using Lumia 1520, First when I open my Outlook app my screen turns black, only the top icons notification are visible. Then I check it on the store its updating then an Error occur the code is 0x80070019. I soft reset my phone and nothing happen, still the error occur. By the way I'm not an insider.
