Trying to open an episode of Fringe on Netflix, and I get an error saying something is wrong with the video configuration and Windows is unable to play protected content. Running Redstone on L950. Any ideas?

are you able to play the same episode on pc? Using the same credentials? If not, that it might not be available for your region yet

Can play the same content on PC or Xbox One, definitely a phone issue, see screenshot below.

It mentions Windows 8 in the error message, but I am most definitely running 10 on my 950.

It used to work on my 930, but the last time I tried it may have still been on 8.1 rather than 10. I would really like to get this resolved, can others play Netflix movies on their 950?

Never mind, it's sorted. Uninstalled it and then re-installed and it's working now.

Thanks.

I just ran into this issue and I would not have been happy if Netflix didn't work on windows 10. Thanks for posting the fix.
