Movies + TV subs problem in Windows 10 desktop

So I can see Microsoft added srt/sub support in Movies + TV app, but why on almighty earth it's not possible to run automatically if detected by name in the same folder, and how exactly to modify the Font, Size, Position and Timing of the subs?!?!?!?! (and yes also no MKV support..)

It's in Microsoft's hands. You can't do anything about it. If you would like to see those things in the app then send a feedback to Microsoft using the Feedback Hub app.
