How to set Video Folder as default using Camera App Windows Mobile 10

I am on Windows Mobile 10 Fast Ring. I am curious about how I can set the Video Folder as the default for any video I create using the Camera App. Both photos and videos are saved to the Pictures Folder and then the Camera Roll Folder.
I am using 640.

I think I will post this as a suggestion. I don't think it can be accomplished
