How do i activate my txt msgs to read aloud on Windows 10 Mobile?

I'm using a Nokia Lumia 1520.

Open Cortana (if available to you) and select Settings from the Hamburger menu at the top of the screen. Same concept if you are running on WP8.1 or the 10586 Threshold build. If you are in a region that does not yet support Cortana, then you can not do this yet.
