Are more lumias going to be upgraded to 10?

Hi. I own a lumia 525 build 10586.218 . Until now upgrade advisor app wasn't available to me even till build .164 But installed the very app now. So is microsoft actually trying to upgrade more lumias?

I hope so but it's a catch 22 situation as the older phones are in dire need of optimisation. So the experience will be less than stellar without them.

I guess X2X series will be updated in mass to last 10586 builds even without being insiders, then stop when offcial Redstone will exit in the Annyversary.
Elsewhere, they could be creating a double/sided Redstone , but if so, it could be a double/sided mess according to last fast build....
